PrimeGo processes transfer and booking data only to provide the service, support customers and measure performance safely.

Data we collect
We may collect name, phone, email, transfer route, date, passenger count and messages needed for a transfer request.
We may also store page path, device/session data, UTM values and ad click identifiers for measurement.
How we use data
Data is used to answer booking requests, support WhatsApp/phone flows, improve security and measure campaign performance.
Unnecessary personal data is not sent to ad platforms in plain form; server-side hashing is used where a platform integration later requires it.
Retention and security
pg_tracking, click IDs and UTM values are standardized around a 90-day attribution retention window.
Booking and contact records are kept only as long as needed for legal, operational and dispute-management purposes.
